Gedurende de hele flow ligt de focus op het versterken van de buik-, lage rug- en bilspieren (core) en bouw je aan een betere <strong>houding<\/strong> en <strong>lichaamsbewustzijn<\/strong>.<\/p><p>De <strong>Basic<\/strong> Pilates is een rustige flow met veel aandacht voor uitvoering. Deze les is een combinatie van de klassieke pilatesoefeningen aangevuld met wat extra mobilisatie oefeningen en stretching.
